We’re Maddi and Riley, and we run our two south coast cafés alongside the rest of our Cooked Goose team in Wollongong and Hyams Beach NSW.
Our little dream to have our own café grew from years of working in the industry and realising our passion for great food and amazing coffee.
Our first Cooked Goose location in Wollongong was opened two years ago, with a strong focus on coffee and local, fresh produce.
We’ve since opened our second café, Cooked Goose on Hyams, and love sharing our food and coffee with you in such a beautiful part of the world.
We’re both strongly committed to serving local produce wherever possible and providing you with the highest level of customer service every time you visit. Our custom Cooked Goose coffee blend is roasted by us too, and we take great pride in every cup of coffee brewed.
